1. Raffle Overview

1.1 Each product purchased through our store is matched with a set number of raffle entries (“"entries).
1.2 Entry into the Raffle is free with each purchase. No separate fee is charged for entry.
1.3 All raffle data and random winner selection are fully managed through the PineRaffle application.
1.4 The raffle is only active when stated in the header of the website

2. Raffle Period

2.1 Each Raffle opens at 06:00 on the 1st day of each month and closes just after 23:59 on the last day of that month. The timeframes of each raffle will be associated with the timezone used in Queensland (AEST with no daylight savings).
2.2 The raffle draw will be conducted within an hour of closing. If the winner consents to their information being shared then we may announce the winner on our instagram page. 
2.3 Returned or refunded products will result in the associated tickets being removed prior to the draw. So the winning payment will only be issued when the winner is out of the returns or refund timeframe.

3. Prize

3.1 The prize for each Raffle is a cash prize.
3.2 To claim the prize, the winner must provide either:

  • Full name, BSB, and Australian bank account number, or

  • A valid PayID linked to an Australian bank account matching the name of the winner.
    3.3 The winning individual has 30 days from the announcement to claim the prize. If unclaimed, the money will be donated to charity.

4. Winner Announcement

4.1 Winners will be notified via email and contacted by us within an hour of the draw. If the winner gives consent for their identity to be revealed then we may post a winner revelation video to our instagram page. 
4.2 The Store will also notify winners privately using the contact details provided during purchase.
4.3 Although we are in our legal right to award the prize to a winner who is underage. We will be checking the age of each winner and will require parental consent of a parent or guardian if this is the case.

5. Eligibility

5.1 Entry is open only to individuals residing in Australia.
5.2 AWOL Fitness staff, contractors or immediate family members of the store are excluded from the draw.
5.3 Entrants must ensure their contact and payment details are accurate and complete.
5.4 The winner must be able to provide age verification stating that they are 18 years of age or older. If the winner is under the age of 18, parental consent will be required for the transaction to be processed.

6. Conduct of the Raffle

6.1 The Raffle is conducted fairly and transparently using the PineRaffle application.
6.2 The outcome of each draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding results.
6.3 The Store reserves the right to:

  • Verify the validity of entries

  • Disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering, fraud, or breach of these Terms

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the Raffle if circumstances beyond its control require it.

7. Liability & Indemnity

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Store is not liable for:

  • Any technical issues, delays, or failures relating to the PineRaffle application, Instagram Live, or banking processes.

  • Any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance of the prize.
    7.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

8. Privacy

8.1 Personal information collected will be used only for the purposes of administering the Raffle and fulfilling prizes.
8.2 By entering, entrants consent to the store handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and all entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Supplement products are not suitable for children under the age of 15 or pregnant women. They should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.
1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you are of age and all information provided is accurate and complete.

 

2. Orders and Pricing

2.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
2.2 Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
2.3 Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2.4 Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email receipt.

 

3. Prohibited use of this site

3.1 Misuse of this site including unlawful acts, harassment, spamming and security breaches is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
4.2Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, damaged, or unsafe, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on this website—including logos, text, product images, and design—is the property of awolfitness.store or its licensors.
5.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Governing Law

6.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
6.2Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website.
7.2 Continued use of our site and services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Easter cactus hunt

8.1 Anyone can participate in this game aged 16 and over
8.2 We are not liable for any injuries caused whilst searching for the cactus 
8.3 Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of the competition ending
8.4 The "full tank of fuel prize" will be capped at $100
