Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends). As a sole trader, this may take longer in rare circumstances.

Delivery Method
We use Australia Post for all orders other than those eligible for free delivery. 

Delivery Areas
We currently only ship to domestic addresses within Australia.

Free Local Delivery
Customers located within 15 kilometers of our store are eligible for free delivery on orders over $50. At the moment, delivery is not linked with Apple Pay, you must enter your details manually to select free delivery

Shipping Costs
For orders under $50 or outside the 15 km free delivery zone, standard delivery is priced at $10 and express at $15. 

Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow sufficient time for Australia Post to deliver your order once dispatched.
