Exclusions After 14 Days
Requests made after this 14-day period will not be accepted. This policy is in place because all purchases are linked to our monthly raffle system, and entries must remain fair and transparent.

Eligibility for Return/Refund

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund using your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used products.
